The panel will examine issues related to the identification and treatment of allegations of corruption by arbitral tribunals in the context of the recent report by the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR Task Force on Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration: “Red Flags or Other Indicators of Corruption in International Arbitration”.
