Paris Arbitration Week 2025 – Red Flags in Arbitration: Trends and Tools for Addressing Corruption

Navacelle is hosting a panel regarding Compliance & Arbitration on 8 April 2025, during the Paris Arbitration Week (PAW).

FRA and Navacelle join forces this year to address the issue of corruption from a cross-functional perspective, between compliance and arbitration. The panel will examine issues related to the identification and treatment of allegations of corruption by arbitral tribunals in the context of the recent report by the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR Task Force on Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration: “Red Flags or Other Indicators of Corruption in International Arbitration”.
