Internal investigation : Relationship between the lawyer-investigator and his client

EFB Degree - Internal investigation How should attorney-client privilege be applied? What is the relationship with the client? What resources should the lawyer-investigator use?

The second of 10 sessions of the training course organised at the EFB and coordinated by Navacelle will focus on the scope of the relationship between the lawyer-investigator and his client, the organisation of the investigator’s work when using external service providers and the application of attorney-client privilege.
