Future prospects for International Anti-Corruption Court

A panel held during the 20th Annual IBA Anti-Corruption Conference hosted at the OECD in Paris.

The Annual International Bar Association anticorruption conference 2024 took place once again at the OECD in Paris on 12 and 13 June 2024.

Anti-corruption, Non Trial Resolutions (NTRs), data protection, internal investigations, corporate compliance, sanctions, anti-money laundering, digital asset management (DAM) and ethics, were included in a very strong programme, prepared by Adriana Dantas (Lefosse), Matthias Gstoehl (LALIVE), Andrew Levine (Debevoise & Plimpton) and the IBA anti-corruption committee.

Stéphane de Navacelle was invited to moderate the “Future prospects for International Anti-Corruption Court” roundtable, taking place on Thursday 13 June 2024.

A great discussion on IACC with:

  • Judge Mark L. Wolf
  • Susan Lamb (The New Institute, Hamburg)
  • Serena Ibrahim (Youth Against Corruption)
  • Charles Adeogun-Phillips (Charles Anthony Lawyers)
