Paris Arbitration Week 2026 – The fight against bias and noise, which unconsciously cloud the counsel and arbitrators’ judgment

Navacelle is hosting a second panel on the topics of Corruption and Arbitration on 26 March 2026, as part of the Paris Arbitration Week (PAW).

This year, Navacelle is bringing together several speakers to discuss the concepts of bias and “noise,” which influence how important decisions are made.

These concepts will be examined in the context of arbitration proceedings. Discussions will focus in particular on how bias and noise influence the parties, counsel, and arbitrators at different stages of the proceedings. Then, the discussions will examine how these phenomena can be understood in order to mitigate or rely on their effects.

Speakers :

  • Damien Charlotin, journaliste spécialisé en arbitrage
  • Nicolas Michon, juge auprès de la Cour de Cassation
  • Vanessa Roux-Collet, CEO (AEW)
  • Roxane Castro, Partner (Navacelle)
  • Maxime Desplats, Partner (Navacelle)

Join us for an engaging panel on 26 March 2026 at 4:30pm (CET), around the theme of “The fight against bias and noise, which unconsciously cloud the counsel and arbitrators’ judgment”. Scheduled to last 1 hour, this insightful session will feature panel presentations followed by audience questions.
