Ethical dilemmas for lawyers in compliance and financial crime matters

A round-table discussion held at the Concilium Network Global Summit in Warsaw on 26 September 2025, co-organised by Navacelle.

 

Navacelle co-organised and co-hosted the Concilium Network annual summit 2025 with Ius Laboris Poland / Raczkowski taking place from 24 to 26 September 2025 in Warsaw (Poland):  three days dedicated to innovation, collaboration and the future of law.

Two major round-table discussions were held during Clients Day on:

  • An analysis of the growing tensions between executive and judicial branches of government, and discussions about defence strategies implemented by legal professionals to preserve the integrity of the legal system. With:
