Paris Arbitration Week 2026 – Fraus omnia corrumpit… Really? Paris courts and the enforcement of awards facing corruption allegations

Navacelle is hosting a panel regarding Corruption and Arbitration on 24 March 2026, as part of the Paris Arbitration Week (PAW),

This year, Navacelle is bringing together several speakers to address the issue of corruption in international arbitration.

This conference will examine recent developments in allegations of fraud and corruption, particularly in light of new decisions by French courts. The discussions will put into perspective the lessons learned from this case law and its implications for the various players in arbitration, namely arbitrators, experts, and users. The panel will also examine the consequences for the fight against corruption and for Paris’s reputation as a major arbitration center.
