The 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is celebrated this year by United Nations around “Freedom, equality and justice for all”.
Stéphane de Navacelle, co-chaired and moderated along with Salli Swartz (Artus Wise) two roundtables during the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights Conference, organized by the American Bar Association International Law Section and the Paris Bar.
They discussed requirements and recommendations for due diligence matters, with regard to Human Rights ; and to highlight the practice of International law with a rights-based perspective – in other words, illuminating the roles of Human Rights defenders and rights-holders.
