Navacelle promotes Roxane Castro to Partner

Navacelle is delighted to announce that Roxane Castro has been promoted as Partner.

Navacelle is delighted to announce the association of Roxane Castro. “This nomination is in line with Navacelle’s commitment to excellence in advising its clients for the past 13 years. Roxane’s arrival has strengthened our ability to support our French and foreign clients in their interactions with regulatory authorities. We share a common work ethic with Roxane, which enables us to apply our recognized expertise to our clients’ needs, thanks to an independent offering that is increasingly adapted to international issues”, explains Stéphane de Navacelle, founding partner of the firm.

Roxane Castro who joined the firm as Counsel in September 2022 becomes a partner of the firm. Member of the Paris and New York bars for over 10 years, Roxane assists the firm’s clients on litigation and compliance issues, tailoring the strategy to take into account international issues and specificities of each activity.

Roxane started her career as an associate in the Paris office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where she assisted European and American clients in complex litigation often including a cross-border dimension. She then joined the French Financial Market Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers, “AMF”) where she was involved with the work of the Enforcement Committee of this regulator by assisting judges, general counsels and financial sector professionals who are members thereof on cases related to regulated professionals in the financial sector, securities laws, market abuse, and financial communication by issuers. She holds a master’s degree in business law (magistère de juriste d’affaires) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a DJCE in corporate law from the same university. She is also magna cum laude graduate of the L.L.M. of the University of Chicago-Kent.
