Associate with the firm since 2021, Salomé Garnier assists clients in the context of internal investigations or by authorities such as the World Bank or the Metropolitan Police Department (UK). She also focuses on whit-collar defense (notably related to allegations of international corruption) and assists institutions and companies in the implementation and/or evaluation of their compliance programs.
Having acquired extensive experience in international arbitration with various international law firms in Paris, including one year with Bird & Bird, she is also involved in international arbitration and arbitration-related disputes (particularly in the context of annulment proceedings and award enforcement proceedings, dealing with issues of corruption).
She also advises clients regarding complex commercial litigation relating to unfair competition and breach of contract as well as distribution disputes.
