On 20 January 2022, Stéphane de Navacelle and Pierre Calderan were invited by the Japanese Institute of International Business Law (IBL) to discuss the role of compliance programs and internal control measures in preventing criminal risk for companies. IBL is a non-profit organization that aims to address issues related to international and Japanese business law through seminars.

The webinar focused on the criminal liability of legal entities, the way French criminal law punishes companies and the prevention and remediation measures that can be implemented by companies.
