The French Financial Markets Authority activity

In 2024, the AMF reduced the number of investigations and inspections, while strengthening its cooperation with judicial authorities. It issued 12 sanctions totaling €26.5 million, mainly for market manipulation, insider dealing, and breaches of transparency obligations.
