The ACPR maintained sustained activity throughout 2025: 182 on-site inspections initiated, 4 decisions issued by the Enforcement Committee and a record sanction of €20 million imposed on Société Générale.

Looking forward, the ACPR has set five priorities for 2026, including the operational implementation of the DORA regulation, the preparation of the artificial intelligence system supervision and the implementation of supervisory simplification measures.
