The evolution of the FCPA and changes in anti-corruption enforcement in a changing geopolitical landscape

The IBA Anti-Corruption Asia Conference in Tokyo provided a rich forum for discussion on the evolution of the FCPA and changes in anti-corruption enforcement in a changing geopolitical landscape.

The panel, composed of Robert R. Wyld, Ken Sakurabayashi, Hideaki Umetsu, Tanya Ganguli, Tomasz Konopka, and Stéphane de Navacelle, highlighted the recent reconfiguration of FCPA enforcement, the increased role of non-US jurisdictions, and the growing link between anti-corruption and economic security.
