[Webinar] Supporting economic players in meeting the challenges of compliance – RIFAV

Stéphane de Navacelle and Julie Zorrilla took part in the International Network of Women Lawyers (RIFAV) - Africa training course on compliance and internal investigations.

Stéphane de Navacelle and Julie Zorrilla have been invited on Sunday 13 April 2025 by Félicité Esther Zeifman to present a webinar for the International Network of Women Lawyers (RIFAV) – Africa on the role of the lawyer in helping economic players meet the challenges of compliance in order to limit the risk of financing by multilateral development banks.

  • The theoretical aspect of anticorruption law: understanding the legal bases and instruments applicable to anti-corruption.
  • The role of the lawyer in compliance issues: supporting and advising economic players to meet current challenges.
  • The conduct of internal investigations and strategic interactions with the authorities.
