On 2 December 2025, Vincent Filhol and Blanche Balian (Stephenson Harwood) led a training day for Lamy Liaisons Académie at the invitation of Delphine Decotignie and Camille Landrau, reviewing compliance issues, standards, and tools.

Open to all types of profiles, this training takes place regularly and uses a theoretical and practical approach to address the following topics, among others:

• The origins and evolution of compliance
• Obligations related to the Sapin 2 law, the GDPR, and the duty of care
• Study of practical compliance tools: risk mapping, code of conduct, whistleblowing system, third-party assessment
• Case study on the implementation and negotiation of a CJIP (judicial settlement agreement)
