A panel organized on 10 January 2025, during the AIJA 2025 Francophone Conference in Geneva.

 

Stéphane de Navacelle has been invited to speak at the 2025 Francophone Conference organised by the AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers-  on corporate responsibility, in particular to address the increasing judicialisation of corporate social and environmental responsibilities through the duty of vigilance and civil and criminal liability, along with:
