Navacelle promotes Clémentine Duverne and Julie Zorrilla to Partner

NAVACELLE is delighted to announce that Clémentine Duverne and Julie Zorrilla have been promoted as Partners.

These promotions are in line with Navacelle’s 10-year commitment to excellence in client service and a broader dedication to the profession. The firm’s strengthened leadership will make it a stronger choice for clients looking for reliable advice addressing complex situations.” comments Stéphane de Navacelle, the firm’s founding partner.

Clémentine Duverne joined NAVACELLE as Counsel in 2019 and became Partner in January 2020. A lawyer in New York (2010) and Paris (2012), she practices corporate litigation, predominantly in the fields of white-collar, internal investigations and compliance. Prior to joining NAVACELLE, Clémentine worked in the White-collar and Regulatory department of White & Case in which she has gained expertise in complex cross-border financial and criminal matters, notably in corruption and AML/CFT matters.

Julie Zorrilla joined NAVACELLE in 2012. As Associate, Counsel and now Partner at NAVACELLE, she has worked for over seven years on complex cross-border financial and criminal matters with clients and enforcement authorities in the Americas, Asia, Europe and Russia.

She assists foreign and national senior executives and corporations in internal investigations, pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, in matters ranging from large-scale corruption, embargo and index manipulation (LIBOR and SSA) to asset recovery, monitorships and assessing compliance programs.
