[Webinar] Enhanced Anti-Corruption Cooperation: A UK–Switzerland–France Perspective

Co-chairs of the American Bar Association International Law Section's International Anti-Corruption Committee suggested a discussion of anti-corruption efforts outside the US, including the UK-France-Swiss cooperation agreement and beyond.

The Co-Chairs of the International Anti-Corruption Committee of the American Bar Association’s International Law Section are hosting a panel discussion on international anti-corruption enforcement, focusing on the trilateral cooperation agreement signed on March 20, 2025, between the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO), France’s Parquet National Financier (PNF), and Switzerland’s Office of the Attorney General (OAG).

Practitioners from the UK, Switzerland, and France will explore what this agreement means in practice, what companies and individuals should expect, and how this development may reshape cross-border investigations.

The discussion will cover:

  • The practical impact of this agreement on international judicial cooperation;
  • Expectations for companies regarding compliance and enforcement exposure;
  • Procedural defense strategies in light of increasing cooperation between authorities.
